In 26 days, I will officially grab that Master’s degree in Journalism and fly!! I’ve already taken a leap of faith and started to freelance, so now it’s almost time to go all in! On May 11, 2018, I will walk the stage at the Regent University Commissioning Ceremony in Virginia Beach, VA, and say a long awaited, “AMEN!”

It’s been a challenging two years, but one that has proven an inner fortitude and determination that I didn’t know existed. I could never have made it without the support system of my family and friends…FOR SURE! If you have ever considered undertaking a feat such as this, I say listen to that inner voice and don’t ignore the nudge. It’s just the Holy Spirit screaming out a resounding, “Go for it! Take that NEW leap!”
